You have an hour to edit your own order after it is placed. The transaction will be voided if you choose "Edit". You may see a pending charge on your account, however this is only a temporary hold put in place by your bank. It may take 1-5 business days for the hold to be released by your bank as they need to confirm the funds were not accepted.After an hour, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.

All of our transactions are ran as credit. For any attempted online purchase, your bank may place a hold on the funds. If the order was declined by our system, we have not accepted the funds. Declined transactions are confirmed immediately in our system. However, your bank may still have a pre-authorized hold. It will normally take your bank 1-5 business days to confirm that we have not accepted the funds. 

If you believe that an item in your order is incorrect/defective, please contact us immediately via email to service@vaporider.net, and we will rectify the issue for you. Please be sure to include your order number, along with images of the packing slip and products that you received. Upon reviewing the email, we will send you a prepaid return label at no charge to you to return to item back to us in exchange for the correct product.

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed before 2:00 PM CST during weekday, your order will ship out on the same day if there is no out of stock item or hold for your order. If the order is placed after 1:00 PM CST, then the order will get process the following business day. After the processing period, a confirmation email will automatically sent to the email on the order with tracking information to showcase that the package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS for shipping deliveries.

USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-4 business days;

Yes, we currently ship to most countries globally. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from OR ship to your country at this time.
