Customers outside of the United States, International customers, must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, and VAT fees are not Vaporider’s responsibility for these payments. Vaporider is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if package is seized by your countries Inports or Customs agencies. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
International Shipping Method:
Successfully processed orders will be sent through the Default Mail Office of your country. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at the checkout. We do not offer Free Shipping for international orders.
Purchases made Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM CST are experincing better than average handling and processing wait times.

Almost all orders have a processing time of 24 hours for regardless of shipping method selected, with most orders sent out within 24 - 48 business hours. During this period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email. All orders will be sent out after the transaction has been settled.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost, mis-delivered, or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vaporider, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Vaporider strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vaporider is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders Vaporider receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
Due to country regulations, we are unable to process or ship any orders to any country that currently has any laws actively in place prohibiting the sale, delivery, or possession of what maybe considered illicit or illegal in their respective jurisdictions.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
