Fast, Reliable Shipping on Premium Disposables and Hemp-Based Products
At VapoRider, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and quickly. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.
- No P.O. Boxes: A valid street address is required. Orders with P.O. Boxes will be delayed until corrected. Failure to provide a valid address may result in cancellation.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority, based on your location.
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been picked up by USPS.
- VapoRider is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit with USPS or any third-party carrier.
Delivery & Adult Signature Requirement
- Some products may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
- Any person 21 or older at the delivery address may sign.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign. Missed delivery attempts may result in a return to sender.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Report lost, misdelivered, or damaged shipments within 48 hours of the last USPS tracking update.
- Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted directly to USPS
Order Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Restrictions by State
Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot ship hemp-derived disposables or cannabinoid products to the following states:
New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Maine, and Arkansas
These restrictions are strictly enforced.
Limitation of Liability
VapoRider is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses such as missed events, personal inconvenience, or lost profits. Liability is limited solely to the purchase price of the product.
