OUT OF STOCK POLICY
If an order is placed and the item is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any other reason we will attempt to contact you and resolve the issue. If contact cannot be made we will ship the rest of your order and refund the item in question.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries. Non- Defective Items being returned will be accompanied with a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Usually there will be 24 hrs processing time. Orders over $75.00 will be offered a free standard shipping! All orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00PM CST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the following business day. We are not responsible for shipping delay caused by shipping carrier.
Hardwares purchased from VapoRider comes with 30-day warranty from the time of purchase. To be eligible for our warranty service, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of original purchase. The 30-Day warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
