At VapoRider, we’re committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience. Please read our updated shipping and return policies to understand the terms and conditions for all purchases made on our site.
Shipping & Handling
In compliance with the PACT Act, all shipments require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery, with a mandatory $7.99 fee. A valid government-issued ID must be presented. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend shipping orders to a business address for easier daytime receipt.
Important:
- The adult signature can be from anyone 21+ at the delivery location.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday–Friday are shipped same day. Orders after this time will ship the next business day.
- We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers providing a P.O. Box will be contacted for a valid street address. Unresponsive requests may result in order cancellation.
Current Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 8:00 AM CST are experiencing same or next business day shipping.

Shipping Policy Overview
- Standard processing time: Within 24 hours on business days.
- Shipping methods: Typically USPS Priority Mail Express. If unavailable, orders may ship via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail.
- Carrier options may change based on operational circumstances.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in case of returns.
Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping is on us.
Non-returnable items (for safety and hygiene):
- E-liquids
- Opened cartridges
- Replacement coils
- Drip tips
- Replacement glass
- Tanks/atomizers
- Rechargeable batteries
Returns for non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund timeline: Most refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks, including transit and bank processing times.
Tracking Orders
Track your shipment via your confirmation email.
Marked as Shipped Policy
Once processing is complete, orders are marked "Shipped" and updated with tracking details. Packages typically receive carrier scans within 48 hours.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable post-purchase, we will contact you. If we can't reach you, the remaining order will ship, and the unavailable item will be refunded.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please verify your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or undelivered packages due to address errors
- Reshipping costs for returned packages
Returned shipments will not be resent until reshipping fees are paid.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or undelivered. All claims must be resolved directly with USPS. Please report any shipping issue within 48 hours of your last tracking update.

Hardware Warranty
All hardware items include a 30-day warranty from purchase. This does not cover user error, modifications, or physical damage. To request a return for a defective product, proper evidence must be submitted and approved by VapoRider.
Order Cancellation Policy
To ensure rapid service, orders cannot be altered or canceled once processing has started
State Shipping Restrictions
Due to local laws, we cannot ship to:
New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Maine, and Arkansas.
We also cannot ship E-liquids or Disposables to customers in these states, regardless of nicotine content. Check your local regulations before ordering.
