Pick Up Policy

Most online orders are avaiable for pick up just 2 hours after ordering.

Customers should check their email for communication for order updates and processes.


Eligibility: In-store pickup is available for eligible items that are in stock at your selected store location. You will be able to see if an item is eligible for in-store pickup during the online checkout process.

Timing: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the estimated pickup date and time. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 hours of the order being placed during normal business hours. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated time for pickup.

Pickup Process: To pick up your item in-store, please bring a valid photo ID and a your device to show us a copy of your order confirmation email. If someone else will be picking up the item on your behalf, please let us know in advance and provide their name and ID.

Payment: Payment for your order will be collected online at the time of purchase. If you have any issues with your payment, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased through in-store pickup are subject to the same return and exchange policies as items purchased in-store or online. Please see our full return policy for more details.

In-person shopping: We’re sorry, We currently do not offer in-person shopping due to order volumes and product limits. Sometimes our products have to be pulled from our warehouse therefore requiring the 2 hour wait time for the online order to be ready available for pick up.
