Troubleshooting – With new devices, occasionally the airway can be slightly plugged by the distillate until it is warmed up by the air activated coil. This can usually be fixed by sliding an unfolded paper clip down through the mouthpiece to about ½ way down the device. This could be enough to free up the distillate and allow the coil to activate. You also may need to draw from it like a plugged straw (5-10 seconds) for that to free up. 

Some users find it easier to blow directly into the bottom (charging end) of the device, as if you were using a blowgun, to get air flowing through. If you see vapor produced, that means that the airway has been cleared and the device is ready for regular use!

Usually there will be 24 hrs processing time. Orders over $79 will be offered free standard shipping! All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00PM CST will be shipped on the same day. Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: e-liquids, disposables, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries. Non- Defective Items being returned will be accompanied with a 20% restocking fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
