VapoRider is committed to preventing the sale of age-restricted products to underage persons.

This Age Verification Policy applies to purchases made through vaporider.deals.

1. YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and other age-restricted products from VapoRider.

By placing an order for an age-restricted product, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and receive the product at your location.

2. FEDERAL AGE REQUIREMENT

Federal law prohibits retailers from selling tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to persons younger than 21.

There is no federal exemption from the minimum purchase age for active-duty military personnel or veterans.

State or local requirements may impose additional restrictions.

3. AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

VapoRider uses AgeChecker.Net to assist with age and identity verification.

Information used for verification may include:

  • Legal name;

  • Date of birth;

  • Billing address;

  • Shipping address;

  • Contact information; and

  • Other information necessary to confirm identity and eligibility.

4. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Additional verification may be required.

If automated verification cannot confirm your age or identity, you may be asked to provide an acceptable government-issued photo identification document.

Examples may include:

  • Driver’s license;

  • State-issued identification card;

  • Passport; or

  • Other acceptable government-issued photo identification.

The identification must be valid and must demonstrate that the purchaser satisfies applicable age requirements.

5. CUSTOMERS UNDER 30

Applicable federal requirements require retailers to verify by photo identification the age of persons under 30 attempting to purchase covered tobacco products.

VapoRider may use electronic verification and/or request identification as necessary to satisfy applicable compliance requirements.

6. FAILURE TO VERIFY

If we cannot satisfactorily verify your age or identity, VapoRider may:

  • Place your order on hold;

  • Request additional information;

  • Refuse the transaction; or

  • Cancel the order.

VapoRider will not knowingly complete a prohibited sale to an underage purchaser.

7. FALSE INFORMATION

Submitting false information, using another person’s identity, providing fraudulent identification, or attempting to circumvent VapoRider’s age-verification procedures is prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions and take other appropriate action.

8. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

You may not purchase age-restricted products for a person who is legally prohibited from purchasing or possessing those products.

Purchasing on behalf of an underage person is strictly prohibited.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY VERIFICATION

Age verification during checkout does not necessarily eliminate verification requirements at delivery.

Depending on the product, destination, applicable law, and carrier, an adult signature or identification may also be required when the package is delivered.

The person accepting a shipment must satisfy applicable carrier and legal requirements.

10. FAILED DELIVERY

If an eligible adult is not available when required or the recipient cannot provide acceptable identification, the carrier may refuse delivery or make additional delivery attempts.

A shipment may ultimately be returned to VapoRider.

Any resulting refund or reshipment will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected for age verification is handled as described in the VapoRider Privacy Policy.

AgeChecker.Net or another verification provider may directly process information necessary to conduct the verification.

12. STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Age restrictions, product restrictions, shipping requirements, and verification obligations may differ by jurisdiction.

VapoRider reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures or refuse a transaction when necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local requirements.

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE

VapoRider reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when:

  • Age cannot be verified;

  • Identification appears invalid or fraudulent;

  • Customer information does not reasonably match verification information;

  • The transaction appears intended to circumvent age restrictions;

  • Delivery requirements cannot be satisfied; or

  • The transaction may violate applicable law.
