Welcome to VapoRider. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vaporider.deals (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from VapoRider (“VapoRider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Age Verification Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

VapoRider sells products intended only for adults of legal purchasing age.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase age-restricted products from VapoRider.

By accessing age-restricted portions of the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old;
  • You are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered;
  • The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you;
  • You are purchasing for yourself or another person legally permitted to possess and receive the products; and
  • Your purchase, possession, and receipt of the products do not violate applicable law.

VapoRider may verify your age or identity before accepting, processing, shipping, or delivering an order.

2. AGE VERIFICATION

VapoRider uses AgeChecker.Net and may use other lawful verification methods to confirm customer age and identity.

You may be required to provide information such as your legal name, address, date of birth, or government-issued photo identification.

If we cannot satisfactorily verify your age or identity, we may place the order on hold, request additional information, or cancel the order.

Attempting to circumvent our age-verification procedures or submitting false identification or information is prohibited.

3. UNITED STATES SALES ONLY

VapoRider currently sells and ships products only within the United States of America.

Availability does not mean that every product can legally be sold or shipped to every state, county, municipality, ZIP code, or address.

Federal, state, local, carrier, and product-specific restrictions may apply.

VapoRider reserves the right to restrict or refuse sales or shipments to any jurisdiction or address where we determine that a transaction may be prohibited, restricted, or impractical to fulfill.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and receiving a product is lawful at their location.

Our ability to accept an order through the Site does not constitute a representation that the product is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Where required, VapoRider may automatically restrict checkout or cancel orders based on the customer’s shipping destination or other compliance considerations.

5. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, specifications, and availability information.

Product packaging, colors, labeling, specifications, and appearance may occasionally differ from photographs displayed on the Site because of manufacturer changes.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct errors, update information, or cancel orders when necessary.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

VapoRider reserves the right to accept, reject, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Failed age verification;
  • Payment authorization problems;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Incorrect pricing or product information;
  • Inventory errors;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Regulatory restrictions;
  • Carrier restrictions;
  • Incorrect customer information; or
  • Other compliance or operational concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will generally issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and our policies.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, adult-signature fees, compliance fees, or other charges may be displayed during checkout where applicable.

VapoRider uses Authorize.Net to facilitate payment processing.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders may be reviewed for fraud, payment risk, age-verification issues, unusual purchasing behavior, address discrepancies, or other security concerns.

We may request additional information before processing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or intended to circumvent our policies.

9. SHIPPING

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

VapoRider uses ShipStation to assist with order processing, shipping labels, tracking, and fulfillment.

Available shipping methods may depend on the destination, product type, applicable law, and carrier availability.

Certain shipments may require age verification and/or an adult signature upon delivery.

10. DELIVERY AND ADULT SIGNATURE

Where required, an adult who meets applicable legal age requirements may be required to accept the shipment and provide identification.

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address at which an eligible adult can receive the shipment when required.

Carrier requirements may vary.

A customer’s inability to satisfy an adult-signature or identification requirement does not obligate VapoRider to waive the requirement.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used for health, hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons.

12. PRODUCT USE

Products must be used only as intended and according to manufacturer instructions.

Do not use damaged batteries, chargers, devices, or other products.

Customers assume responsibility for proper storage, charging, maintenance, handling, and use of products after delivery.

13. NICOTINE WARNING

WARNING: Some products sold by VapoRider contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

Product-specific warnings and manufacturer instructions should be reviewed before use.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, branding, graphics, logos, design elements, and other materials are owned by VapoRider or used under authorization and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Site content without authorization.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

15. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities occurring through your account.

Please notify VapoRider if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

16. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Purchase age-restricted products while underage;
  • Circumvent age verification;
  • Submit false identification;
  • Commit fraud;
  • Interfere with Site security;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Scrape or exploit the Site without authorization; or
  • Infringe the rights of VapoRider or another person.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Manufacturer warranties, where available, may be subject to separate manufacturer terms.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VapoRider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services, policies, or applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest version.
