This Shipping Restrictions page explains general limitations that may affect whether VapoRider can accept or fulfill an order.

3. CHECKOUT RESTRICTIONS

VapoRider may use destination-based restrictions or other compliance controls during checkout.

Depending on the products and shipping destination, the Site may:

  • Prevent a product from being purchased
  • Prevent checkout
  • Remove unavailable shipping methods
  • Require additional verification
  • Place an order under review

These controls are intended to assist with compliance but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every accepted order can ultimately be fulfilled.

4. ORDERS MAY BE CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT

VapoRider reserves the right to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted if we determine that:

  • A product cannot legally be shipped to the destination
  • A carrier will not accept the shipment
  • Age-verification requirements cannot be satisfied
  • Applicable laws or restrictions have changed
  • Information provided during checkout is inaccurate
  • The transaction otherwise presents a compliance concern

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will generally be processed according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they may lawfully purchase, possess, receive, and use products ordered from VapoRider.

A product appearing on vaporider.deals or being accepted into the shopping cart does not constitute a representation that the product is legal in every jurisdiction.

VapoRider uses AgeChecker.Net to assist with age and identity verification.

Orders that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be placed on hold or canceled.

7. SHIPPING-CARRIER RESTRICTIONS

Not all carriers transport vaping or nicotine-related products.

8. ADULT SIGNATURE

We reserve the right to refuse orders involving forwarding services, reshippers, or other arrangements that we reasonably believe are intended to bypass applicable restrictions.

Vaping and nicotine-product regulations can change.

VapoRider may modify shipping availability or restrictions at any time when necessary to respond to:

  • New legislation
  • New regulations
  • Court decisions
  • Carrier-policy changes
  • Enforcement requirements
  • Other compliance developments

12. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to prevent restricted orders, but no automated system can account for every federal, state, and local requirement in real time.

VapoRider therefore reserves the right to conduct additional review and refuse any transaction that we reasonably believe cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
