Returns & Refunds
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Email us with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Photo or video proof for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Qualified claims will be processed with either a refund (credited to your original payment method) or a replacement. Please note, depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened e-liquid bottles or salt blends
- Opened disposable systems or cartridges
- Used coils, mouthpieces, tanks, or replacement glass
- Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries
Additional Conditions
- Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We are not responsible for: Delivery Delays from shipping carrier, lost packages, or undelivered due to incorrect shipping address.
Packages returned due to address errors will only be reshipped once reshipping fees are paid in full.
Hardware Warranty
All electronic hardware items are backed by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims require the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photo or video proof of the issue
This warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or physical damage.
