"You do get a nice big cloud of vapor. The head itself has some nice RGB colors, but it seems very flimsy made like if you dropped it it’ll break and the flavor is absolutely terrible. I would not buy this again. Also, the battery in this must be very small because it dies very quickly and you end up having to recharge it multiple times. I did contact their customer service and they were helpful, but they didn’t offer me anything to make up for the poor product."

"Purchased two of these. Both were defective. I’m sure in no small part due to the way they were shipped - but no draw, and leaking gross sticky juice everywhere. When a rare draw is possible? It’s juice… into your mouth. No vapor. Customer service REFUSED to refund me A PENNY- they demanded I record, edit, and produce high quality YouTube content for them. I sent them pictures, and they wanted longer and professionally produced VIDEOS. I’m a busy man. I hardly have time for this review. I don’t care about the money they stole by refusing any sort of refund or replacement (after I sent photo evidence), it’s the principle."
